The first step is to open the message in a separate window and uncheck “Do not deliver before.” After that, close the message and click “Send”. Note: You can also create templates for your emails and add a delay to them. This is especially useful if you need to make changes to an email or send it out hastily. Moreover, you must connect the recipient to the Exchange server for the message retraction to succeed. Outlook Retraction won’t work if the recipient’s device is using Cached Exchange Mode. In addition, the original message should be in the recipient’s Inbox folder and unread. Finally, the recipient should open the Recall message first before opening the original message.
